In the producer’s catalogue, the variety is called Borbon Rosado. Darveris Rivas grows it on Mucucay Coffee Farm in Mérida, at 2,020 metres by his own account, and processes it washed. He lists roses, lychee, bergamot and cardamom as its aromas.
