About this coffee

Valle Cru is one of two Reserve profiles whose processing the producer calls “Honey, Hops Must”. The variety is Pink Bourbon from DARU Farm in Mérida, grown at 2,020 metres according to Darveris Rivas. Its catalogue code is G01.

The profile is strikingly fresh: kiwi, green apple, sage and green guava, along with white flowers and honey. A bright acidity and a silky body give it support, and the aftertaste lingers. The sister profile Malus IPA shows how the same method turns out with a Bourbon.
